Paradigm shift has brought about a change in business environment and companies such as Ghana Airport Company Ltd cannot be left out once the company is with the quest to achieve more in their field of business. Because of the change in the business environment, companies such as Ghana Airport Company Ltd have to reengineer their business processes to meet the current competition, the expansion in the business market and expectations from customers. Many institutions employ ERP software to integrate or coordinate the entire company information process such human resources, logistics, financial, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. It is deigned and deployed to manage company’s resources of the business process effectively and efficiently. Employing ERP and other information systems to facilitate communication brings about less time spent and a reduction in processes involved in facilitating a business process. The researcher employed the descriptive cross-sectional survey deign. The study population is made of all employees of Ghana Airport Company Ltd especially those directly working with data or the information. A samples of 100 made of permanent and temporary staff members of Ghana Airport Company Ltd including operational, strategic and tactical managers were engaged for this study. The research employed non-probability sampling techniques in which convenience sampling procedures were employed to arrive at the study subject. The data that was collected from the respondents was analysed using a Statistical Package for Social Science version 20 and Spreadsheet was used in analysing the data
