This is a comprehensive study about how users (Students and Tutors) at Ghana Technology University College will accept a mobile learning management system as a compliment to their main stream learning management system –Moodle (LMS). This research seeks to understand how users respond to new technology and how the responds (positive or negative) affects other stakeholders and themselves. According the recent studies by various authors and researchers, Electronic learning (eLearning) presents countless opportunities, not just found in academia but also all other industries. This is solely because the gradual evolvement of the human race from the agrarian era where the most beneficial thing to learn was agriculture in order to survive. This technology era presents countless opportunities, where one might not need to even see China through their entire lifetime, but may effectively learn to speak Chinese with the aid of technology. Technology presents the world with a lot of good and bad things, one of these things is the ability to learn without necessarily being in a classroom or a particular location (eLearning). In recent time this technology has grown to bring more comfort to people by giving more control over how they choose to learn. As a result, introducing another innovation where one is able to access learning material over a mobile communication network using a mobile device (m- learning).
