This book is intended to be a practical guide to exploring how to facilitate change within organizations adopting an organization development approach. It was developed for teaching undergraduate students who are still learning about organizations and their dynamics. It provides an introduction to organization development, focusing on the process to facilitate organizational change and on the values and skills connected with the organization development approach. Besides learning what organization development is and how it facilitates organizational change, content and activities in this book also aim to help students develop problem-solving skills, systems thinking, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively and support change.
