The novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is recognized as a global pandemic, affecting more than 530 million individuals worldwide. The COVID contagion presents an exclusive challenge to education. Due to the restrictions recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), governments, health professionals, and other organizations, the educational sector moved from offline to online pedagogy. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of technology in teaching and learning process, student engagement, and faculty involvement toward virtual classrooms as triggered by COVID. A cross-sectional study was conducted to gather information from some teachers and students of Ghana.
