The study therefore examined the extent to which trade openness and domestic credit to the private sector impact GDP growth with other covariates such as inflation, exchange rate and foreign direct investments both in the short and the long run. Data was gleaned from the World Bank database spanning from 1970 to 2021. The study adopted the bound test approach using the autoregressive distributed lag estimation.                 <text>In the context of volatilities in the international situations in recent times, studies regarding the complexities of oil price fluctuations have focussed on analysing the special fluctuation characteristics of oil prices in different historical perspectives. This study examines the extent to which petroleum price fluctuations under the petroleum price deregulation regime impact on business cycles in Ghana. The study uses the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model with a quarterly data spanning from the first quarter of 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2022. Our empirical results show that price stability impacts positively on economic growth, both in the short and the long run, while foreign direct investment also has a positive effect on economic growth in the short run. Our findings are consistent with theory and empirical studies and contributes immensely to the discussions about price asymmetry and business cycles. Again, offers a nuanced perspective on how policy makers can enact policies that ensures efficient and effective deregulation and price stability.</text>

This paper examines the extent to which institutional quality under the price deregulation policy in Ghana impacts GDP growth. The study employs the Bayesian linear regression and the auto regressive distributed lag (ARDL) models in estimating a quarterly data that spans from the first quarter of 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2022. Online teaching competencies are critical skills required for effective teaching and learning in higher education. However, evidence regarding the impact of online teaching competencies on teacher performance and career satisfaction is minimal in the literature. This study draws on the TPACK model to understand how online teaching competencies influence teacher performance and career satisfaction.&#13;
Design/methodology/approach&#13;
The study adopts a quantitative approach and collected data from 243 faculty in both public and private universities in Ghana. Structural equation modelling was used to examine the relationships among the study constructs.&#13;

                <text>Religion plays a significant role in the lives of many Ghanaians, yet its influence on individual decision-making remains underexplored. This study investigates how religion shapes Ghanaians’ choices across various domains, including food consumption, fashion, career, marriage, trust in religious leaders, and contraception usage. Using survey data, the Relative Importance Index (RII), and regression analysis, the RII results show that religion accounts for more than 60% of all decisions made by Ghanaians. The regression analysis suggests that religion influences food and meat product consumption, belief in religious leaders, and the use of contraceptives and family planning methods. This study seeks to examine the various sustainability practices that have transformed the workplace at Private University in Ghana. A qualitative research approach utilizing simple descriptive case study was employed. Fifteen participants were selected by means of purposive sampling.
