This study was executed qualitatively using content analysis of 42 hotel websites in Ghana. The results of the study show that hotels in Ghana are adequately utilising websites as a marketing communication tool. The findings further show a preponderant use of the principle of conservation of visitors and the dialogic loop principle by the sampled hotel websites. However, the majority of the sampled websites performed rather poorly on the return visit principle. The importance of forensic accounting as a discipline aimed at helping organizations to detect and prevent fraud has necessitated its inclusion in accounting curriculum of universities to train more capable accountants. This study seeks to examine the awareness of international postgraduate students on forensic accounting as a tool to aid in fraud detection and prevention. A questionnaire was administered with 156 international postgraduate accounting and finance students from 24 different countries studying in universities in China. The results show that there is a very low level of awareness on forensic accounting among international postgraduate students studying in Chinese universities. The findings also indicate the lack of improved forensic accounting integration into the educational curriculum of the universities that the participants pursued their previous accounting degrees. The study recommends that Chinese universities integrate forensic accounting into their accounting curriculum especially at the postgraduate level to introduce students to the emerging discipline. The universities should also mount specialized forensic accounting programs as obtained in most universities in the US to bridge the gap created as a result of lack of awareness among international students, especially from Asia and Africa. This will go a long way to mitigate possible fraud that may arise as a result of investment in the global economy through the Belt and Roads Initiative of China. From the study it was revealed that one of the major functions outsourced is the activities associated to security of the bank. It was also revealed that the bank outsources its cleaning and printing activities. Recruitment of supporting staffs is outsourced by the bank. The study revealed that increased and uncontrolled operational cost influences outsourcing decision of the bank. Scarce internal resource for other purposes influences the decision to outsource decision of the bank. It was also revealed that outsourcing provides core staffs the requisite time to focus more on designing the appropriate organizational strategies and provides the bank access to the vendor’s technology. The study revealed that outsourcing brings about a loss of managerial control over outsourced operations and has the tendency to affect the quality of operation of the bank. The study recommends that management should outline clearly the operations of the activities that are outsourced so as to prevent conflict of interest that could affect the quality of operation. In Ghana, about 90% of businesses are SMEs and contribute immensely in the generation of employment, income and economic growth. Due to its tremendous contributions, it becomes necessary to identify the various factors that improve the business operations of such enterprises. One of such identified drivers is technology. Hence, the study is to evaluate the effect of technology on SMEs in the Accra Metropolis. This study is to: assess the present state of technology adoption in SMEs; evaluate the effects of technology in the growth of SMEs and to critically analyze the challenges SMEs encounter in using technology. The descriptive survey research design was adopted for this study. Also, the mixed method research approach was used to provide width and depth to the study. In all, fifty-four (73%) questionnaires were successfully received and four interviews were conducted. The qualitative data were analyzed using explanation-building, pattern matching and content analysis while SPSS and Microsoft Excel were used to analyze the quantitative data. The analyzed results were presented in descriptive and graphical representations like charts, tables and percentages. The study found out that smart phones, desktop computers, laptops and mobile money platforms were the most patronized forms of technology used by SMEs. It also revealed that technology was very beneficial in reducing the cost of business transactions, improving business communications and increasing productivity. However, the study identifies that cost of software and equipment as well as unavailability of ICT experts were major challenges that SMEs encountered in adopting technology. Based on the findings, the researcher recommended that flexible loans be provided to SMEs to encourage them purchase the necessary technologies for their businesses. Also, NBSSI in collaboration with NGOs could organize trainings to help operators acquire basic ICT skills and also to increase the awareness of the benefits of using technology. The study adopted the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative methodologies) to address the following objectives; to determine the appropriateness of PPP in the Ghana Army housing sector, assess the challenges faced in adopting PPP in affordable housing delivery and evaluate the effect of PPP model used in the Ghana Army in accessing housing. The study found that lack of transparency in PPP arrangements hinders the success of PPP projects. The lack of strategic financial institution to partner the Ghana Armed forces in supporting huge PPP housing projects lead to the failure of PPP implementation.
