                <text>An effective leader is one who has a purpose and is able to influence his followers to enable them achieve that goal successfully. This paper adopted the literature review research method to look at the cause and effect relationship between the leader and followers. Information was collected from multiple databases as well as textbooks. Areas considered included the definition of leadership and the cause and effect relationship between leaders and followers, by identifying the influence leaders have on employee behaviour, specifically performance and voluntary turnover. It was identified that Leadership, explained as a systematic process where individual (s) influence (s) others towards the achievement of desired goals in interpersonal relationship, has influence on employees, specifically their performance and voluntary turnover. For further studies, it is suggested that data is gathered and analysed to confirm or refute the finding of this relationship between leaders and their followers in both private and public sector organisations.</text>

                <text>The purpose of this study is to assess the maturity level of implementation of Information Security Governance (ISG) in mobile money firms in Ghana. Mobile Money Issuers in Ghana play an increasingly active role in our financial sector. This is to analyse whether mobile money firms have implemented acceptable levels of information security governance with regards to all aspects of their operations. A survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire to assess the degree of implementation of information security governance. The questionnaire was adopted from Information Technology Governance Institute‟s ISG guidelines for executive management and board of directors. All four mobile money firms in Accra-Ghana took part in the survey via email. Responses from the mobile money firms were collated. The results of the study showed that all mobile money issuers in Ghana have implemented most information security governance measures to an acceptable level and thus had a „good‟ rating in the maturity level of ISG implementation. Nevertheless, not all information security governance practices were well implemented by mobile money issuers. Relevant information security policies were not included in the contracts of third parties. Again, third parties and employees of these mobile money firms were not adequately informed and educated of their role in the firm‟s information security program. Finally, major business decisions made by the management of the mobile money firms did not consider information security issues.&#13;
This study provides lawmakers in Ghana with the necessary information to pass and enforce regulations that will further protect the personal data of consumers. The study also affords management in the various mobile money firms insight into their information security governance with the goal of improving their security governance.&#13;

                <text>Building Information Modelling (BIM) has evolved in definitions and concepts over the past three decades to becoming an information technology strategy and productivity tool in the&#13;
architectural engineering and construction (AEC) industry. Globally, the construction industry is considered one of the largest, with a key feature of bringing together a multidisciplinary&#13;
group of professionals that usually face great challenges with coordination. In Ghana, the construction industry has experienced these challenges impacting its rate of productivity. The main objective of this work was to assess the preparedness of the Ghanaian construction industry for the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) looking at four key&#13;
assessments – level of BIM awareness, level of BIM preparedness towards implementation, perceived BIM implementation benefit and lastly, challenges/barriers associated with BIM&#13;
adoption and implementation. Adopting and using qualitative research methodologies, an online survey was conducted targeting relevant stakeholders in industry and academia. Data&#13;
analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis to reveal perceptions, ratings/rankings, and frequencies based on categorical and coded Likert-scale data types. The results show that majority of industry players have a conceptual knowledge than of applied knowledge when it comes to the level of awareness of BIM. Generally, the preparedness of Ghana towards the implementation of BIM can be rated as “Pre-BIM Capable”. In essence Ghana is not implementing BIM from the results of the analysis. The analysis also points to the fact that a successful implementation of BIM in Ghana will be extremely beneficial and&#13;
will impact positively on productivity in the industry. It is highly recommended amongst others that steps should be taken to commission a body of professionals to critically review cost&#13;
benefits ratios and recommend an action plan that leads to a strategic blueprint for BIM implementation in Ghana. This work was limited by having a number of no responses given to some of the issues and can be attributed to the possible newness in the area of research or field.&#13;

Focused on peer-to-peer accommodation sharing, this paper aims to investigate the effect of perceived value on the two dimensions of satisfaction (transaction- and experience-based) and continuance intention involved in using a platform featuring triadic relationships.&#13;
Design/methodology/approach&#13;
Survey data were collected from 392 Airbnb users and analysed using the partial least squares approach to structural equation modelling.&#13;
Findings&#13;
All dimensions of perceived value had a significant effect on transaction-based satisfaction. Symbolic value did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Transaction- and experience-based satisfaction had a significant effect on continuance intention.&#13;

Results from the model showed that Performance Expectancy had the most significant effect on Behavioral Intention, followed by Trust. Behavioral Intention was also found to significantly predict Actual Usage. In all, our model accounted for about 51% of the variability in Actual Use. The proposed model is useful in understanding trust in the C2C context. Results from this work could inform strategies to be taken by these C2C websites to attract visitors to such websites.</text>
